Before recommending treatment, a proper assessment and examination needs to take place to ensure we understand what type of rodent we're dealing with, where they are nesting, the density of the infestation, and how they are entering your dwelling. Once completed, we will likely take a holistic approach and seal off points-of-entry including replacing and/or installing new weather stripping on doors and windows, installing door sweeps, caulking pipe chases, etc. We will also ask that doors and windows be closed and kept closed as often as possible until the rodent population is contained. We will also make recommendations regarding landscaping, food storage and disposal, and other suggestions based on our assessment. We will likely employ the use of mechanical and chemical treatments when and where appropriate to get a grasp of any rodent problems you have.
